CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | Sub-Zero & Wolf Philippines

2 packs unsalted butter, softened  
4 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
4 tsp. vanilla extract
6 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 ½  tsp iodized salt
4 pcs large eggs
4 cups, 2 packs bake stable chocolate chips


  1. Preheat your Wolf M Series Oven to 325F.
  2. Add the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in the mixing bowl of a stand mixer.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar at a slow speed using the paddle attachment until the mixture is well incorporated and slightly fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and large eggs and just lightly mix.
  5. Add all the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
  6. Add the chocolate chips and continue mixing for a minute or until the chocolate chips are evenly distributed.
  7. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Bake a little longer for a crunchy cookie.
